How do I enter the competition?
First create an account, choose the competition and answer its skill question. Complete the online entry form, select the required number of entries and complete checkout. When payment is confirmed, your tickets appear in your account and you receive an email confirmation. Read the full Prize Competition Terms and Conditions.
Is there a free way to enter?
Yes. Eligible competitions have a free postal entry route with the same opportunity to win as a valid paid entry. Every free entry must be posted separately and received before the closing date and time. See Free postal entry and clause 3.12 of the Terms and Conditions for the full requirements.
Why is there a skill question?
These are skill-based prize competitions, not lotteries. A correct answer or solution is required for an entry to qualify for the main draw. If the answer is wrong, the entry is not placed in the draw and the entry fee is not refundable.
Can I enter more than once?
You may enter up to the maximum shown on the relevant competition page, or until the competition’s overall cap is reached. Paid and accepted free entries are subject to the same limits. Please keep participation fun and do not spend more than you can afford.
How will I know if I have won?
The main draw is held as soon as reasonably possible and within seven days of the closing date. We contact the winner using the telephone number or email supplied with the entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or has not claimed within 14 days of the draw date, we may select the next eligible entrant.
How is the winner decided?
For a Standard Competition, all valid entries with the correct answer are placed into a random draw. Instant Win and promotional rewards use the mechanism and eligibility rules published on the relevant competition page.
What are my chances of winning?
The maximum number of entries is stated on each competition page, so chances vary. For example, if a competition is capped at 3,000 and you have one valid entry, your chance is no worse than 1 in 3,000. The actual odds may improve when other entrants answer incorrectly.
What are the prizes?
Prizes are described on each competition page. They are subject to availability and may be substituted only as permitted by the Terms and Conditions. Any fixed cash alternative is stated in the competition listing.
Are promotional rewards offered?
Some competitions may include a separate promotional reward or campaign. If one is offered, the relevant competition or campaign page will state the eligibility, timing, reward and claim rules before you participate. Promotional rewards do not replace the Competition Question or change the main draw rules in the Terms and Conditions.
How do you use my personal data?
We use personal data to run competitions, process entries and payments, contact winners and provide support. We do not share it for third-party marketing without consent. Read our Privacy Policy. If you ask us to delete your details before a competition closes, you will withdraw from that competition and will not be entitled to a refund.
Do I have to take part in publicity if I win?
No. Publicity is optional and will not affect your chance of winning. We may still have to provide winner details to the Advertising Standards Authority if required to demonstrate that the competition was properly administered.
Who can enter?
Competitions are open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over, except employees of the Promoter, connected suppliers or their immediate families and households. We do not accept entries from outside the UK.
I have not received an email
Check your spam or junk folder first. If the email is not there, contact info@projectxcompetitions.eu with the email address used for your account and, where relevant, your order reference.
Can I get a refund?
Entry fees are not refundable if an answer is wrong, an entrant is disqualified or an entry is otherwise invalid. If the Promoter cancels a competition, the refund position is set out in the Terms and Conditions.
